Bad Weather Scheduling

With winter right around the corner, here are some tips on what you should do if you have an appointment on a bad weather day.

    • We show up. If you can get to your appointment, a doctor and a nurse always show up, although things do seem to move at a slower pace.
    • If you have no choice but to reschedule an appointment at the last minute because of the weather, keep in mind we often just shift everything forward an hour or so to avoid the problem of crowding appointments in the future.
    • If you have children who cannot stay home alone because of a school delay, try to schedule an appointment after 10:30AM.
  • If you decide you cannot make your appointment and it is at the end of the day, please call and let us know. We do wait for a period of time at the end of office hours—especially if traffic is slow.
